Team Learning Overview
- Each participant receives a personal ACI account with a copy of the Real Confidence Master eClass.
- They do the eclass on their own in preparation for scheduled group discussions.
- The team meets 4 times to discuss each module. (One hour weekly is ideal. Makes a great lunch & learn!)
- Use ACI's Facilitator Guide that includes discussion questions, facilitation tips and even an email example to announce the program to team members.
- Prefer to have an outside expert facilitator? We'll arrange an ACI-certified coach to work with your group! (add'l fee)
